Medicaid Expansion Member Advisory Committee

The purpose of the committee is to gather feedback on members’ health care and health plan experience.

Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Dakota (BCBSND) will host meetings throughout 2026 for those that have been selected to participate in this committee. If spots become available, BCBSND will open and accept new applications. To be eligible, you must be an active Medicaid Expansion Member. For every meeting you attend, you will receive a $15 gift card by mail.

Members can share their feedback on topics such as:

  • Personal health.
  • Member experience with providers.
  • Health plan rating.
  • Social determinants of health/disparities.
  • Cultural barriers.
  • Wellness resources.

The information from the committee will be used to improve quality of care and well-being for members.

2026 Member Advisory Committee meeting schedule:

  • Wednesday, February 18 from 10-11:00 a.m
  • Wednesday, May 6 from 4-5:00 p.m
  • Wednesday, July 8 from 4-5:00 p.m
  • Wednesday, November 4 from 10-11:00 a.m
