The first time you log in, you will need to register. This will take a few minutes. Next time you want to use HealthyBlue, you can skip this setup step.

  1. Go to the online portal page, choose “Register” and follow the instructions. You will need your BCBSND member ID card to register. Then you will be able to create your profile.
  2. Once your registration is complete, you arrive at the member home page. Choose “HEALTHYBLUE HOME”
  3. The first time you log in, answer a few questions so you get access to the most relevant content.

Complete the online health assessment and earn $15

The online health assessment only takes 10 minutes to complete. It helps connect you with tools that are relevant to you. After you complete it, you can claim a $15 gift card.  After you log in to HealthyBlue, look for the Health Assessment link. You will find it in the drop-down menu found in the upper right corner.

  1. The health assessment asks questions about your health, lifestyle and medical history.
  2. After you answer the questions, you’ll receive a health status report. It also contains steps to improve your health. Your health assessment results also define what you see on your HealthyBlue home screen.
