At times, it's hard to find a ride to your doctor's appointment. The Medicaid Expansion helps enrollees get to and from medical visits.

When you make a doctor’s appointment, the next step is to ensure you have a ride. If you don’t have a car, make other plans ahead of time. These tips will help.

Try first to get a ride from family, friends or a volunteer group. If you can’t get a ride, we can help with a ride to and from your medical or behavioral health appointment.

To reserve your ride, call 1-833-777-5779 two or more days before your appointment.

In some cases, you may be able to get help toward your lodging or meal costs. For instance, if your doctor appointment requires you to stay away from your home town, you could possibly get a meal and/or a lodging budget.

Rides, meals and lodging must be approved two or more days before your appointment. Call 1-833-777-5779
